- Exit and restart the app, then check again.
- Try turning off and restarting your device, then check again.
- Check the current server status for both F1 Mobile Racing and your device’s connection. If there are any ongoing issues with the game or the servers when you’re looking for an item you’ve earned, it may not come through until the issues are fixed.
