Edit: We deployed a fix on our servers on the 24th of October, therefore, you should now see the "Connect for 7 days" challenge as completed (only if it wasn't tracking progress correctly before) and the "Play for X hours" challenges should no longer appear on your screen in case you already claimed the rewards of these challenges.
Here's more information about these two bugs:
- Connect for 7 days
With the release of Update 30, we received reports from players who were stuck at "0/7" in the progression of this challenge. After further investigation, we were able to confirm that for some players, this challenge was configured in a way that it couldn't be completed.
As a result, we have deployed a fix so the corrupted profiles would see this challenge as completed so you can collect the challenge's rewards if you are one of the players who had this bug.
- Play for X hours
If the progress of these challenges was stuck even though you could then see and complete the next stages of this challenge, then, it means some corrupted data was causing the challenge to still appear even though you already claimed the rewards of these challenges.
For your information, there are 10 different stages for this challenge: 1 - 3 - 5 - 7 - 10 - 15 - 25 - 40 - 60 - 80
We have cleaned your profiles so the challenges wouldn't appear on your screen if you already claimed their rewards, that's why in the case you were experiencing this bug, they disappeared from your screen following our recent fix.
