Have issues with the game? Check out these troubleshooting steps (some of the indications may slightly differ due to different versions of Android):
- If possible, head to the Game Options menu and select "Low" Quality in the Preferences tab;
- First of all, make sure you’ve downloaded the game from the Google Play Store as we cannot guarantee that the game runs seamlessly when downloaded from other sites and stores. The same goes for if you have a rooted device, we cannot guarantee that the game runs seamlessly;
- Make sure that you are running the latest Android version released. To do so, go to the device's Settings > About device > Software Update. In this section, you will see if there are any updates available;
- Check the storage capacity of your device. Go to Settings > Storage and remove unnecessary apps, photos and videos to free up storage space on your device;
- Ensure there are no other apps running in the background while playing F1 Mobile Racing;
- Sometimes, having the correct specs alone aren't enough to enjoy the game as it may not load or perform optimally. If you wish to know if your device fits the requirements, go back to the FAQ menu and check out the FAQ "Which Android devices are supported?" in the General section;
- Finally, some Android devices might respond better to the game than others. There is a chance that your game crashes after playing many races in a row if your device only has 1,5GB of RAM (2GB or more is recommended). In that case, we advise you to regularly take breaks and close the application.
If you still are experiencing crashes after following these troubleshooting steps, feel free to contact us through the in-game assistance by tapping on the 'Contact Us' button on the top right corner of your screen.
Please explain the circumstances of these crashes in your message (videos and screenshots showing the issue would also help us a lot), on which screen the crashes occur, in which mode and race type, on which circuit, etc. Give us as many details as possible so we can assist you better!
