To recover your account, contact us through the in-game assistance. Tap on the "Contact Us" button on the top right corner of your screen with the following details:

  1. Player ID of the lost account if possible. The Player ID is displayed on the bottom of your profile screen. E.G: 6abcbcac6d5542d6fcacbeb2
  2. Full in-game nickname of the last account. It's the 16 characters max name displayed in the player profile. E.G: PLAYER1234
  3. Short in-game nickname of the lost account. The short nickname is displayed next to the helmet symbol (3 characters max). Ex: VET
  4. Exact amount of Cups in your lost account
  5. Explain how you lost the account
