Orders are always intended to deliver instantly. However, delays are possible whilst the purchase is being processed. Avoid making multiple purchases by not going through the buying options again.
 
The first thing to do is try to restore your lost purchase by using the 'Restore Purchases' button from the in-game settings menu. If this does not help, please try the advice below.
 
 
If you're using an iOS device
 
If you haven’t received a purchase made more than 24 hours ago, please contact iTunes support. All payments made toward the game are processed by Apple. You can reach them right here.
 
Otherwise, please contact us through the in-game assistance with a screenshot of the purchase receipt you received by mail. To contact us through the in-game assistance, go to the in-game settings menu, tap on the "Help & Support", open the "I didn't get my order!" If you're using an Android device
 
If you didn't receive an order you made through Google after more 24 hours, please reach the support service and attach a screenshot of your purchase receipt in your message. To reach the support service through the in-game assistance, go to the in-game settings menu, tap on the "Help & Support", open the "I didn't get my order!" FAQ and then tap on the "Contact Us" button in the top right corner of your screen. More details on how to use the in-game assistance are here.

To process to the in-game refund of the item(s) not received, the support service will need the Order ID which appears in your purchase receipt that you should have received by email.
It looks like this: GPA.1234-1234-1234-12345 and it must be visible on the screenshot.
